feat(traces): ingest OpenCode SQLite TUI sessions - #31

Read OpenCode's SQLite read-only so TUI/Web/serve turns appear in traces and optional OTLP, keyed by assistant messageId. Dedup keeps CLI Prompt rows unique while later TUI turns on the same ses_* still ingest. traces --follow polls every 2s.
macOS /var is a symlink to /private/var. TestTracesCLIIngestThenExport stored t.TempDir() and compared it to Getwd(), so ingest dropped every session and exported empty OTLP spans. sameDir now uses SameFile and EvalSymlinks.
